Orders and Shipping
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location, but most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days. International shipping may take longer depending on customs and local carriers.
You can create an account by clicking the “Sign Up” or “Account” link at the top of our website. Simply enter your email address, create a password, and follow the prompts to set up your account.
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, please email us as soon as possible at contact@tempspike.net with your order number and the correct address. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address.
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link. You can also log in to your account to view your order status and tracking updates.
No. For your security, we do not store credit card information. All transactions are processed through a secure, encrypted payment gateway.
Sales tax is charged based on your shipping address and local tax laws. If applicable, it will be calculated and shown at checkout.
We currently ship to many countries worldwide! At checkout, you’ll see available shipping options for your location. If your country isn’t listed, feel free to contact us at contact@tempspike.net for assistance.
Whenever possible, we ship all items in a single package. However, if your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate shipments depending on availability and warehouse locations.

Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused or gently used and in original packaging. To request a return, contact us at contact@tempspike.net with your order number and reason for return.
We apologize for the mistake! Please email contact@tempspike.net with your order number and a photo of the item received. We’ll make it right.
We’re sorry to hear that. Please send a photo of the damaged item along with your order number to contact@tempspike.net, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Once your return is approved, we will provide the return shipping address and further instructions via email. Please wait for authorization before mailing anything back.

If a product is available for pre-order, it will be clearly noted on the product page. For items that are sold out, you can sign up to be notified when they’re back in stock or reach out to us for availability updates.
