Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
To start a return, please contact us at contact@tempspike.net with your order number and reason for return. Our customer support team will provide return instructions and a return authorization if applicable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

If the item is returned not in its original condition, a partial refund may be issued.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at contact@tempspike.net with your order number and photos of the issue.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your TempSpike arrives damaged or isn’t working as expected, please contact us immediately. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
